This recipe makes something good and new from leftover ham. It is good for breakfast, brunch or dinner. #Hambake #Leftoverham #Breakfastbrunchdinner This channel is for those who love Southern food. Southern food includes many different types of food. It is made with the heart and is shared with family, friends and those in need. It is my goal to carry on the Southern tradition of sharing love with food. I hope it will also be an instructional guide for my two sons if they ever want to learn to cook! I hope you enjoy! ❤️God Bless!❤️ Hambake Enough ham, chopped, to cover generously the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Onions and peppers to taste to sprinkle over the ham. Anything else you may have that you would like to sprinkle over the ham. This is a good use of leftovers. You can use broccoli, olives, whatever you think would be good. Lots of cheese of you preference. At least 2 cups but I am sure I use a lot more. 8 eggs Salt, pepper and spices of your choice. I use parsley, oregano, rosemary, etc. Little cream or whole milk Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9x13 dish with vegetable spray. Sprinkle ham over the bottom. Sprinkle onions, peppers, (or whatever else) over the ham. Cover this with cheese. Whip your eggs with cream/milk, and seasonings and pour over the ham and cheese. Let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight . I set mine out for about 30 minutes before baking. Bake for about 30 minutes until brown and knife comes out clean.
