Morning drink : Lemon water
Ingredients:
•Bolied lemon water
• Lemon juice
Mix it together and have the drink in empty stomach
Night drink: Cinnamon water
Ingredients:
• Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch
• Black Pepper powder - 1 pinch
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
• Honey - 1 teaspoon
• Hot water - 1 glass
Mix all the powder to together and add hot water in it. Have the drink before you to bed!
