I'm bringing you an at home full body workout today! This workout was a lot harder than I thought and minimal equipment is needed. I'm not sure how long we will be on lockdown but I'm going to do what I can to stay active and healthy. I hope you guys enjoy this workout! Be sure to let me know what you want to see next!

🤍Half Burpees - 20 reps
🤍Banded Goblet Squats - 20 reps
🤍Banded RDLs - 20 reps
🤍SL Reverse Lunges - 20 reps
💗CIRCUIT 2💗
🤍Commandos - 10 reps each direction
🤍Bicep Curls - 20 reps (shown with commandos)
🤍Single Arm Rows - 10 reps each arm
🤍Lateral Raises - 20 reps
💗CIRCUIT 3💗
🤍Roll Ups - 20 reps
🤍Flutter Kicks - 20 reps each leg (shown w/ roll ups)
🤍Sit Ups - 20 reps
🤍Russian Twists - 20 reps each direction
