How to Make a SOLO PUBLIC Lobby in GTA 5 Online (Updated 2021 - Xbox One)

▶In today's video, I will show you guys how to make a SOLO PUBLIC Lobby after the recent Patch 1.54 in GTA 5 Online. This is an Updated 2021 method for the Xbox One. Steps below. STEPS TO CREATE YOUR OWN SOLO PUBLIC LOBBY ON XBOX With Ethernet Cable: Have Ethernet Cable plugged into Xbox Load into Story Mode Unplug Ethernet cable and connect to wireless network Load a GTA session like normal When you are in it, plug back your Ethernet cable Wait a few seconds and you should be in a solo public lobby! With NO Ethernet Cable: On your PC: Go to Windows Settings Click on Network & Internet Click on Mobile Hotspot on the left side list Select the network you wish to share the connection from. Edit any network settings you wish. Turn on the hotspot On the Xbox: Connect to the hotspot, then launch GTA After entering a public lobby, switch off the hotspot (on the PC), then immediately switch it back on when it lets you. @lfla01793 years ago The console prefers to use the cable. It gets confused and tries to use the cable when it is on the wifi. So it switches. And kills the lobby.

@oDEVILBLOODo3 years ago The ethernet method worked a few times, and now eveytime I do it since yesterday, it boots me from online the second I plug in my ethernet cable. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say Rockstar shot themselves in the foot when they patched the Nat Type glitch. They're going to loose a lot of players, because everyone is tired of greifers blowing them up the second they step outside. On top of that like me, not everyone has a bunch of freinds to play in public lobbies. ... 93

@evg022 years ago For anybody still watching this, I don’t think this works anymore because when I did this, as soon as I plugged my Ethernet back in, it kicked me out of my session and put me back in single player GTA. 2

@ttriippy87463 years ago Y'all saying it is patched, it isn't. I thought so too, that is why I came here because I just tried it a few times and it didn't work. But as of 7/19/2021 at EST, it still works. I am on Xbox Series X. I just got it to work again right before typing this out. Just keep trying, you will get it. After it kicked me back to single player, I unplugged my ethernet cable, waited for it to connect to my wifi, then proceeded to load back into GTA Online. As soon as I loaded in (my spawn is my Arcade), I plugged it back in. I didn't give my character a chance to walk around, I did it in the "waking up" animation. Lone behold, everyone got kicked from my session. GL gamers ... 17

@ericborden77873 years ago Ok I'm gonna make it easy for everyone. Make sure your on wireless wifi first. Then plug in an ethernet cable. Now load into story mode first. Unplug the ethernet cable from your systems end while you are still in story mode. Now it will automatically go back to working off your wifi. Load up a public gta online session. Wait until your fully loaded in and out of your bed at whatever spawn point, then plug back in your ethernet wire to your system. Now its gonna kick everyone out the session just like before it was patched. I'm on xbox one s myself, but I think this also works for playstation. ... 5

@tmv_99893 years ago I use my phones hotspot while online and what works for me is. When im in public session i go to do the nat type test but as soon as i start that i turn my phones airplain mode on off and turn my hotspot back on and wish the best sometimes it works and sometimes dosn't ... 14

@callum58083 years ago Me and my friends usually play gta in a NAT server to not be killed. Then it got patched to we decided to sell our cocaine in a public session. In the first 5 seconds of loading in there were 2 god mode griefers after us 3

Literally the only reason rockstar wouldn’t remove something like this is if they genuinely hate their player base ... 3
