NAADAN PUZHA MEEN CURRY/EAST BENGAL CURRY INGREDIENTS 1. Fresh water fish-500 gm 2. Shallots- 1.5 cups 3. Green chilly-1 nos 4. Ginger-1 tbspn 5. Curry Leaves-5 or 6 stem 6. Kashmiri Chilly Powder- 1 tspn 7. Red chilly powder- 1 tspn 8. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 9. Salt as per taste 10. Tamarind 11. Coconut oil Method Add tamarind water and ingredients 2 to 9 and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. Now add the fish and cook it for some time. Make sure that fish is nicely cooked.
