Another day, another sardines pasta recipe. Tbf, if you're new to intuitive eating and trying to get as much veggies in your diet, pasta is the way to go. Healthy amount of carbs, protein and healthy fats all in one sumptuous bowl! And I've said this before, I use sardines more than tuna bec it's cheaper and there's just more veggies better suited for sardines than tuna hehe. But one of these days, we'll don one tuna recipe. For now, enjoy! 😋
