This video shows you how to handstand, the steps to build into your handstand, how to do a tuck press handstand, and 2 different styles of handstand (the gymnastic and street forms)
The handstand is a move that takes practice and repitition to develop. So don't get discouraged if the first day you don't get your handstand down. Take one step at a time, and stay consistent with your handstand training.

@rebelsouljaz12 years agoOmg i also broke my wrist right now trying to do the elbow inside the knees thing, im like 30 points overweight and all heard was a lot of popping in my wrists hahaha i dont think im trying that again anytime soon.
