One more recipe to relish creamy Hummus 🌿
This Hummus pasta is sure shot a win win recipe as it's so creamy and tastes super delicious.. I have replaced the sauce with hummus which makes it healthy & nutritious!!
Serve it as it is or you can saute the veggies then add hummus and pasta to the veggies!!
Here's what you need to make beetroot hummus
* 1/2 cup raw chickpeas- soak overnight & cook till super soft and mushy
* 1 Boiled/roasted beetroot
* 4-5 Garlic cloves
* 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
* Salt as per taste
* 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
* 2 tbsp Olive oil
* 2-3 Ice cubes
* 4-5 tbsp Reserve chickpea water after boiling / aquafaba
