Today begins the FIFTEENTH DAY out of 30 of the "Eagle" challenge for the month of July Couldn't help myself! Instead of doing the "Eagles" today, I decided to do the infamous 500 Navy SEAL burpee routine from the infamous movie "Shotcaller." Wanted to see if I could do it and how long it would take me. Frankly, I was tired today after 2 weeks straight of doing Navy SEAL burpees as part of my 30-day challenge and plus the extreme Sacramento heat didn't help at all either. But I thought to myself that there is no time like the present and decided to just go for it. I don't expect you to watch the whole video, but the purpose of my channel is to show the world that you can push through ANY challenge, no matter how tough it might seem. The purpose of this channel is also to push myself beyond mental and physical limits and to battle my own inner-demons, one rep at a time. To conclude this description, I know I can get 500 SEALs in a faster time, but you have to start somewhere, right? If you set your mind to complete a task, you will complete it.
