    @Livingmybestlifeforever5 years ago I have found great results in my 5/5 strategy. I do a fast walk for 5 minutes uphill and then i run (7 - 10) for 5 minutes and i do this back and forth for 45 minutes. 4

    @prashanttheheman5 years ago I generally start by jogging at 7. 5 for 3 minutes, then 8 for 3 min, 8. 5 for 3, 9 for 3, 12 for 2 minutes, 15 for 1. 5 minutes and come back down slowly with every speed atleast one minute. Works well for me. 14

    @nilsatisnisioptimum78865 years ago I just stick to a steady/fast walking pace on an incline and do for about 45 minutes. I have bad legs through breaking them when younger so running is tough. I sweat bucketloads doing this routine anyways and do it daily. 60
