Cake: 2 large eggs 3/4 cup canola oil of oil of choice 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup granulated sugar 1 & 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt (forgot to mention in the video) 2 cups fresh sour cherries 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sugar coat cherries Bake preheated oven to 350F for 50-55 min. Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 teaspoons milk After baking the cake cool to room temperature. Then drizzle this glaze on the top. Best cake ever.
