Ingredients:
Basmati rice , soaked in water for at least half an hour 2 cups
Chicken 500 gms
Chicken Stock 4 to 5 cups(Approx).
Sliced Onion 1
Garlic cloves 6 to 7 crushed
Ginger 1 inch crushed
Green Chilies 2 stilted
Curd 1 cup
Roasted Onion 1 cup (For garnishing)
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Masala Potli
Bay leaf 3 nos.
Cinnamon sticks 2 nos.
Cloves 4 to 5 nos.
Black Cardamom 2 nos.
Black Peppercorns 4 nos.
Mace (Javitri) 1 no.
