I will explain in detail how to calculate each and every part of the RC plane so that you can make smaller or bigger RC Airplanes. It really doesn’t matter whether you are using Balsa wood, Styrofoam, or other types of foam board sheets, or 3d printed parts, the calculations will remain exactly the same. There are important things which I will also explain with the help of these 3d models, you can see this one is normal and to the other one the aerodynamics is applied. When you cut parts of the model it really affects the aspect ratio and interns it affects the RC plane stability. So, I will explain in detail how to keep the same aspect ratio even if you cut some parts of the RC Airplane. Anyhow, before designing and making the bigger RC airplane I started with the micro version of the airplane to test my calculations and I was pretty happy with the results. Finally, I did calculations for this big RC plane. Don’t be afraid if I am using two brushless motors it has nothing to do with the basic RC plane designing. The reason I am using two brushless motors is that my RC plane is made of Balsa wood and it’s a little heavier. You can make the lighter version of the same RC airplane using foam board sheets. This way you can use a single brushless motor. ******************** Amazon Purchase links: ***************** Best RC planes and Accessories https://amzn.to/35XXpPN Flysky FS i6 Transmitter and 6 Channel Receiver https://amzn.to/363Cqez Servo Motors https://amzn.to/3c162wP Top Brushless Motors https://amzn.to/3tbAo5l 1000KV Brushless DC Motor with ESC https://amzn.to/38zcZ63 2600kv brushless motors https://amzn.to/36qOaYE 4-Hole Nylon Control Horns https://amzn.to/38CK693 Push Rods and control horns https://amzn.to/3cn8X1A Push Rods 12.7 inches long https://amzn.to/3tf5Hfr Lipo Batteries https://amzn.to/3cm0VWM Balsa wood sheets for RC planes https://amzn.to/2KAO0q1 Other Components and Tools: Other must-have Tools and Components: Arduino Uno, Nano, Mega, Micro "All types of Arduino Boards": https://amzn.to/3fk5OTi Top Arduino Sensors: https://amzn.to/3vZbnfM Super Starter kit for Beginners https://amzn.to/3cq56C5 Top Oscilloscopes https://amzn.to/3ctF3d8 Variable Supply: https://amzn.to/2PEAqE7 Digital Multimeter: https://amzn.to/2QGRPg1 Top Soldering iron kits: "best" https://amzn.to/39nqDtb Top Portable drill machines: https://amzn.to/3suQMh7 Jumper Wires: https://amzn.to/2NYPEDA 3D printers: https://amzn.to/3ruG1dt CNC Machines: https://amzn.to/3cuZWVv Electronics Accessories: https://amzn.to/3sueV7z Hardware Tools: https://amzn.to/3m9UhaN DISCLAIMER: This video and description contain affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I will receive a small commission.
