Today I bring you along as I got the chance to walk a potential flip of a historic 1904 house in Newberg, Oregon. We usually stick with mobile home renovations and flips, but today we branched out a little bit. A historic house renovation would definitely be a big first for us, outside of our normal mobile home investing content.
