Are you in a rush most mornings? Or, do you work nights and you need to get as much sleep as you can. You still want to eat healthy hearty pancakes. Breakfast time is now on your side. You can make the equivalent of a 3 stack pancake in two minutes. Add your favorite syrup, honey or butter. Clean-up in 30 seconds or less and then leave for work or play.
