Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Lemon rind from 1 lemon (keep some for frosting)
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp heaped
Self raising flour 2 cups
Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
For frosting:
Butter 100 g
Icing sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Lemon rind
