No-Oven Biscuit Cupcake Recipe: Chocolate Biscuit - 210gms Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp Milk - ½ Cup Dark Chocolate - 6 pcs Baking Soda - ¼ tsp Butter - For Greasing Sugar - 2 tbsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Blend the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and biscuits until fine in a mixer grinder. 2. Add the milk and pulse to get a batter consistency. Rest for 10 minutes. 3. Grease the cupcake molds with butter and dust with cocoa powder. 4. Divide the mixture equally among the molds. 5. Add chocolate in the molds and level the top of the mixture. 6. Preheat salt in a kadhai for 10 mins on high flame. 7. Place the molds and cook on a moderate high heat for 15 mins. 8. Cool for 10-15 mins before serving.
