Soya Granules Pulao / Pressure Cooker Pulao / Quick and Simple Pulao Recipe / Rice Recipe

I made this soya pulao with soya granules instead of soya chukns. You can also add vegetables to this soya granule pulao. This recipe is very simple to make as I made it in a pressure cooker. A pressure cooker makes the task of cooking very easy and is a super savior of time. You can make this soya granule pulao and serve it hot with raita and salad.

INGREDIENTS:-
1. Basmati rice:- 1&1/2 cup (Soaked)
2. Soya Granule:- 1&1/2 cup (Soaked)
3. Onion:- 2 medium size (finely chopped)
4. Tomato:- 2 medium size (finely chopped)
5. Ginger-Garlic Paste:- 1tbsp
6. Green Chilli:- 2 (finely chopped)
7. Whole Spices:- 3 green cardamom, 6 cloves, 1/2tsp caraway seeds, 1inch cinnamon stick
8. Cumin Seeds:- 1/2tsp
9. Clarified Butter:- 2tbsp
10. Salt:- as per taste
11. Turmeric Powder:- 1/2tsp
12. Red Chilli Powder:- 1tsp
13. Coriander Powder:- 1/2tsp
14. Garam Masala Powder:- 1/4tsp
15. Water:- 2cup
