I`ve put together another 20 minute one dumbbell strength training session you can use to strengthen your entire body and tone your muscles. It`s important to add strength training to your weekly routine, as we don`t just want to lose fat, we also want to tone up and build muscle. This one dumbbell strength training workout can help you do that in just 20 minutes! This workout is all strength, no cardio. If you feel you can do more, make sure you hit the REPLAY button and do it twice! This one dumbbell full body workout will tone and tighten the muscle, but it can also help with muscles growth (depending on your fitness level and the weight you use). This is an all standing one dumbbell full body toning workout that will put those muscles to work, helping them grow and become stronger. Along other benefits, having more muscle will help you burn more calories. This muscle toning workout is packed with full body toning moves (arm exercises, back toning exercises, shoulder toning exercises, chest toning exercises, core and leg toning moves). It's a great add on workout to a power walk or any type of cardio session, but it can also be used as a stand alone strength training session. I'm using a 4 kg dumbbell for this workout. It's a weight that allows me to comfortably perform all the exercises in this workout, but not so easy that I don`t feel the work! Make sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level!
